Insight, development and growth

Coaching is an effective way to reflect on personal issues, behavior, and development.

Lighthouse on a stone breakwater

It is an interactive collaboration between me, as the coach, and the person I am coaching. In a relaxed and open atmosphere, we explore what is going on, which patterns and choices are relevant, and what opportunities exist for moving forward.

I am an all-around coach with a broad perspective. My background as an occupational and organizational psychologist and my extensive experience with assessment and coaching give me a keen understanding of people, roles, and organizations.

I have a variety of tools and methodologies at my disposal. At the same time, I believe in a natural and personalized approach. The needs and development of my client determine the direction we take.

Tailored approach

Every coaching request is different and requires a unique approach. The reason may be specific, for example to lead more effectively, better manage work pressure, or communicate more effectively. Coaching can also address broader issues related to career, positioning, collaboration, or personal dilemmas.
